Homemade burger with melted cheese together with skin on fries.....very tasty.

Cottage cheese & chive matzo meal latkes, topped with soured cream.

The cheese was home made after the last of the old bottle of milk curdled overnight. This was a good way of using it up. Haven't made these latkes (Jewish pancakes) for ages, and forgot how good they were. There may have been a slight snaccident...

Sausage and Bacon pasta bake. With some Roast Chicken chucked in ‘just because’. Alternatively known as Death by Cheese…..

Chicken stirfry with mushrooms, onions, peppers and garlic noodles.
I used to make my own sauce but now resort to the sachets which are imo very tasty.

That was followed by left over chicken stir fry with noodles.
