I have a constant urge for Thai food, which resulted in a rather nice green chicken curry for tea. It is the combination of coconut milk, lime and fish sauce. The smell and taste of those three together is something I crave.

So what gets your juices flowing? We can take black pudding and runny fried egg yolk as a given :okay:

Fried cauliflour with lemon juice and salt. It is unbelievably delicious.

Saw the "recipe" in a book of Turkish cooking. Started reading the half page of instructions only to realise the title "fried cauliflour" covered it.

Basically semi deep fry pieces of caulli, and fish em out when just a little bit browned and sprinkle with salt and lemon and "blotted" on kitchen roll before serving
