Top-tip, mudguard (fender) repairs on the road

After a slight tear/crack on the flaps of my SKS mudguards they eventually broke away and then after riding on some wet / dirty roads my water bottle + chainring and rack-top bag started getting dirtier than normal so some road-side repairs was called for - using 1 litre water bottle and the classic Duct tape.

Cable-ties are also a handy thing to travel with, so I carry some with my bikes.
