Good service deserves to be bigged up. On the recent Spring In The Dales Audax I lost the handle from my Topeak Minimorph. With nothing to lose I sent the UK distributors a begging email, saying (truthfully) that it's the best minipump I've had, actually effective at inflating road tyres to a reasonable pressure (100 psi-ish). Also mentioned I'd recommended the pump, which I have on here.
Three days later a small packet arrived 1st class, with a new handle, no charge, no questions asked!
