WRT the team comp, Lidl-Trek have three riders ahead of the peloton, one in each group Mads P, Simmons, Gee). UAE had Politt, who has now dropped back to the peloton.

Philipsen will make it back to the MvdP group in a bit so then they'll start a chase, but there's over a minute up to Mads now

I just lolled at Verstrynge (Alpecin) on the front of the chase group looking over to try and get someone to come through and all he could see were teams from the break

One of the TotalEnergies boys came up eventually to help, not sure why
