Yes, although I posted it, 'm not convinced that is really correct.

I know they tend to bump climbs up a category if they are near or at the end of a stage, and I think they will leave some that should be cat 3 or 4 uncategorised if they have a lot of categorised climbs in a stage.

and rename them "Cote de High Street" if they are in the UK!

I remember riding the very flat route of the Mont St Michel opening stage in 2016. There were 2 "cat 4 climbs" on the route. They were scarcely noticeable inclines. On any other stage they would have been entirely ignored. Their only purpose was to provide an excuse to hand out the polka dot jersey at the end of the day.
