Do you really think UAE's TTT squad is stronger than Visma's? Personally I think Jonas has the edge there (assuming they've sellotaped Affini together properly and he's not suffering too much). Obviously there's a climb at the end of the TTT, and individual times count, so that could be where there's a differentiator

Outside the big GC battle, Netcompany's team launching Vaquelin could see a stage win, that's clearly the best TTT talent on the planet

Trek look like they could also do some damage

Yes, muggins here completely forgot to include RedBull & Remco
Personally I think he's not built for a TTT, as you just don't get any shelter behind him (multiple riders have said this!) but he could probably finish it off pretty quick

I'm fairly sure that Welsh comms now use the modern French term for "teammate" (co-équipier, so cyd-aelod maybe?) and not "(the) help" (cymorth) like the above. At least it didn't use "servant" (gwas)!

Yes I do, I think that team's been selected with the first week in mind.

I don't think they'll win it as Ineos clearly don't have much to do for the next 3 weeks if they're not defending yellow on Sunday.

Same. Campenaerts, Affini, Armirail and Jorgenson is somme pretty serious firepower. It's clear they've also selected with the first week in mind
