Visma, and then Netcompany, pulled over to help him out, but that's potentially a time penalty as it's not allowed (if the comis notice it)

The UAE mechanic got a 500CH fine for running the wrong way up the road. So they must have seen something.

I don’t think Del Toro getting taken out of GC contention by a helping hand from Visma would sit well with a lot of cycling fans, however well intended.
