Looks like one for the YouTube highlights, nevermind the C5 ones.

Nobody mentioning the W word yet: Walkowiak?

An 8 minute lead does seem overly generous for somone who was Top 10 in the Vuelta last year (again with a kind breakaway helping him)
But then you get the feeling Pogi could take 2 minutes out of anyone whenever he feels like it. It might even keep him motivated for longer rather than last year's race being sewn up by Stage 12, leaving a week and a half to get bored
When you've got something to ride for, you ride for it.He was almost 10 mins down having gained 3 mins on Stage 6.
But interestingly he didn't ship huge amounts of time on MTFs in the last week of the Vuelta
I think the thinking from UAE's point of view is that, if needed, Pog can attack on the Galibier on the penultimate stage and finish aeons ahead of Traeen

Pog and Jonas are one thing, but you have to wonder about the undercard though. They are probably going to find taking even more time back from Traeen a difficult bridge to cross.I think the thinking from UAE's point of view is that, if needed, Pog can attack on the Galibier on the penultimate stage and finish aeons ahead of Traeen
Do I see UAE placing fan heaters around the Visma bus?Visma's team bus has broken aircon - hope for their sakes they have been able to park in the shade at each stage finish.
