Jonas did look head and shoulders above all the others at the Giro. However, he also knew he was trying to win this Tour, so wasn't ever going to go too deep to win the Giro. He did more than enough, but barely broke sweat.

We can never be certain any top sportsman is clean but at least we have far more checks in place in cycling than in any other sport.
Do you think football, tennis, rugby etc are clean? They pay lip service to testing, and always have done.
Most of Fuentes's frozen blood bags were footballers and tennis players.

With Armstrong there were loads of rumours by this stage , but there are none surrounding today's top riders.

Totally disagree about Jonas, yes he tried to do as little as possible to win the Giro , but he still looked spent at end of the stages he won .
When was the last time Pog looked spent at the end of any stage or race ? Four years ago ?
Not interested it what other sports do , other than athletics. Which has a similar history of doping and has a very similar testing process. And guess what , they still have a problem with doping .
The only difference is athletics is still catching dopers while cycling isn’t . ☹️

And if you think there are not rurmors about Pog and UAE you must be very deaf. ☹️

Slightly surprised as it’s forecast to be cooler in Ussel than Bergerac today, by at least a couple of degrees.
Must be on route in the valleys.

I'm suprised given the long term forecast that they didn't go with ~0900 as latest stage start everyday, if not earlier.
