Apparently some riders have been using padding to increase breast size/change shape to provide an aero advantage on the TT bike
There's no word on whether male fat bastards like me may have a man-boob advantage

Anyway, along with watching which riders have flat backs, stable position, minimal body movement etc. we must now spend the day assessing whether they have a breast-size advantage. I fear this really isn't what "Watch the femmes!" was meant to be about
