I see the TdF will be coming from Cambridge via the Epping Forest, which is local to me giving me the opportunity easily go and see them go by. I have explained to my wife that I will have to have a new cycling top for the occasion which hasn't gone down too well

I don't know wether to take the day off and swan round Cambridge with my best bike whilst wearing an obscure cycling jersey or just bunk off work for a bit.

As they are doing the TdY (Tour de Yorkshire) I am hoping to see it at several locations.

Chuffed to bits that it's in the county. Even more chuffed that it comes through my home town! :wahhey:

A trip from South Wales is called for. Yorkshire to London.

That's easier than the Belgium trip we did this year but the beer kept us going and Cav winning in Tournai was also superb to see live

Three stages in England. That's pretty cool.
Something to look forward to.
I've never experienced the razmataz of the TdF. Should be quite an experience.
Excited.

Always a good excuse to get new kit, tell the wife it would be shameful to turn up looking scruffy and you need to show them frogs how much the British take cycling seriously.
