Just watched this stage on ITV4, that final climb looks a killer.

It's a beast. They were treated to especially heavy rain just as the got to the cobbles...

The average yearly rainfall in the City of Swansea ranges from 43 inches at The Mumbles, and 48 inches in the city centre, to 56 inches in its northernmost suburbs such as Ynysforgan. The City of Cardiff is roughly 15 percent drier.

Blimey - that really is dull. And there's nothing like exuding confidence in the sport - the blurb includes this line:

"For those who aren’t too keen on cycling there’ll be plenty to do on the day including a foodie’s dream day out at the Newham London Waterfront Festival."

Trying to find a link - but I had read that the stage was moved from Westminster to Docklands because the date of the stage coincided with the visit of HHtP - Benedict XV
