There are a few places for a track session at Newport (Wales) Velodrome - 1200 - 1400 Sun 11 October - great fun.
Novices welcome - there's a coach to help newbies and experienced riders alike.
Cost is about £13 + £7 to hire a track bike for the 2 hours.
