Hi, back again on this site. I wouldn't class myself as a beginner - more of a lapsee getting back into things. Used to be on here as Squaredaff - but can't get a password reminder as I let the email account associated with that domain go (as it was ex-wife related!). Had a year or so off - but have now started to feel the unrelenting pressure on the waistband - so time to get on and at it again. Assuming things have moved on, can anyone suggest any training plans/sites. I did a ride about 2 or 3 months ago (a one off) and can still managed 30-40 miles at about a 15mph average, so I want to build on that!
