Trakpak Couriers, any experience?

i recently ordered two consignments from Evans. The first arrived in a timely fashion (in five days) via DHL with it being tracked each step of the way. On the second however it seems they might have ditched DHL in favour of Trakpak who I’ve not heard of before. On their tracking it shows as being dispatched from Evans and processed at their centre but nothing since, it’s now been about ten days. Just wondering if any else has had anything through Trakpak.

Neve heard of them. Is this to Accra or UK?

Time to get back to Evans after ten days thats not going to arrive.

Also not heard of trakpak.

The big name couriers use lots of sub-contractors for their deliveries. In the UK it means your package could end up on any lorry.
