Why would a long distance ride either start or finish in Hornsea? There is sod all there.

If you would rather go to Hornsea than Hull, you obviously dont know Hull very well.

The old town has some really good museums, including the Street Scene museum which has a very good cycling display.

I like the old town area of Hull, the museums are well worth a look and you can work up a thirst and visit some great pubs.
