So first they agree to drop the "Israel" part, and now the "Premier Tech" part drops out. What are they now? Team Null String?

Think they're doubling down and becoming IDF pro cycling.

So what's going to happen with not-Israel-not-PremierTech?
Presumably they will fold, lacking a sponsor, bikes and a sugar-daddy? Will this have some fallout in the ever confusing World Tour licence promotion/relegation shenanigans?
And Froomey will be back on the market![]()
The Israeli ambassador is still there and it looks like he'll fund it. There's been talk of new sponsors coming in, which can only mean they're going to double down on the Israeli identity with Israel friendly companies, maybe BAE Systems or some development companies wanting to work in the west bank.
So I was wrong (there's a thing) assuming that they were on the verge of collapse. Seems they are registered as "Cycling Academy".

I guess we'll find out more soon enough. So there will be no weird reprieve for Cofidis
Matt White joins Movistar as co-head of new race department after leaving Jayco.
Has Chris Froome formally announced anything yet? His contract is ending this year.
