Agreed , but I mean that I think that he'll want to do the TdF, and if he does he won't want to play second fiddle to Seixas, if the transfer was to happen.

There's a rumour going around that Q36.5 are offering Seixas EUR13m a year to join them next year. As Lizzie Deignan quipped, Decathlon will have to sell a lot of tents to match that.
