Those Lightweight Millenstein Obermayer wheels are uber expensive, no? The seller says he owns 5 bikes and it was bought Christmas 2017 and only done 500 miles.

I'd be wary as he won't accept paypal

In the middle of those two prices but maybe not the sausage waving of the others

Think I'm going to stick with the Domane SL5 at £2550. I've been put off from buying second hand on eBay.

Two problems: It's aluminium and black. I wanted carbon fibre and I don't like black bikes!

Most people selling valuable collection items do not accept Paypal. Its to avoid scammers paying online, collecting the item and raising a case for item not received. The case will get assessed and the seller is unable to provide proof of delivery/receipt as they didnt post it, the case then closes in the favour of the buyer.

Also mostly to save on PayPal fees. Would walk away from buying a bike that had been advertised somewhere other than eBay simply because the seller doesn't accept PayPal?
