I'll be growing a beard and buying a Mac next! Have you been in yet? They're all pretty friendly and they're gradually building up a collection of bike books and mags in there. I'd never buy Rouleur, for example, but I'm very happy to flick through it while I'm having a coffee.

This is our local............not very big but does lovely coffee, cake, soup, etc and is also a bike shop too. Looks like Dunfermline cycling club were visiting in this pic. Synergy Cycles in Auchterarder.

Sandwiches are all named after bike races, but the Giro de Italia had roasted butternut squash/pumpkin on it and was served on turkish bread - neither typically italian.

Don't know of any in Wales but I'm pretty sure there will be some somewhere, but certainly not here near where I am I usually have a mug of tea and a fried egg sandwhich if I get the chance. Most of the time I take my own refreshments.
