I use a Topeak rack and bag on my commuter road bike - the bag is great, is a trunk bag with fold out panniers. About £80 for rack and bag but worth every penny - very flexible piece of kit
If you really want a 'prop stand' can I suggest you consider a click stand instead? they are an order only basis and custom made, but considerably lighter and will hold a fully laden touring bike, so should have no issues with the T3. Weight difference is 75g to somewhere over a kg, http://www.click-stand.com/ and won't look anywhere near as odd on a road bike! I am pretty certain you can get them in a matching red as well
Click stands - never seen them before - brilliant!
The lightest and neatest rack* I could find when I bought one recently was the Tortec Tour Ultralite . (But if you are serious about using a propstand extra weight is obviously not very important!)
Why not lol? better than dropping in the hedgerow when you stop to take a photo. Something I have always wanted on my bike as I hate trying to hold it up while taking picture, putting gloves on, mounting lights etc
