Trike Hire

Anyone know of anyone doing bent trike hire in the Yorkshire/NW area.

The missus is thinking of eventually aquiring one and would like to try one out (for say a 1/2 day ride initially to see if it fits her requirements).

Also anyone got any recommendations for a reasonably cheap model - she's more a leasure rider than someone likely to set off and ride centuries, so it doesnt need to be top of the range.

Cannot think of anywhere in yorkshire, I think the closest there is is D-tek in ely. You could maybe try asking rob hague at www.wrhpv.com as well, they are based near derby. They only do the more expensive models. For a cheaper machine there are TWbents trikes, often seen on ebay, also sold by http://www.powerandleisure.co.uk/acatalog/Books.html

Catrike do a good range for various sized people... and are comparably priced. The cheapest (and I believe you have experience) are the KMX Karts
