Anyway, I go to bed when I'm tired and wake up when I've had enough sleep.
Usually in bed around 11 - 12 pm, wake up around 7 - 8 am. It's my natural rhythm.
I very rarely get out of bed before the 9 am news on the radio.
I had enough years of getting out of the house early when I was at work.
I'm still in bed, just had 2nd mug of tea.Done my bike ride, been for a 2k swim and now just about to go away in the van to Heckington for the cycling.
