and that's why i never tried it. The teacher asked me why i didn't do art and i said "i can't draw". he said people that paint see things different, they know, for instance, that a coffee cup hasn't got a line around it, but Joe Bloggs will draw a coffee cup with a line around it".Well done you. You definitely have a talent there. I cannot draw for toffee and am mightily impressed with your work.
I had a burning desire to learn guitar, about 10 months ago. I play daily now and have 2 guitars, 3 amps and a heck of a lot of music in the houseand that's why i never tried it. The teacher asked me why i didn't do art and i said "i can't draw". he said people that paint see things different, they know, for instance, that a coffee cup hasn't got a line around it, but Joe Bloggs will draw a coffee cup with a line around it".
OMGi remember thinking this when i was very very little (i was once, although I know at 6 ft that's hard to believe!).
must have always been there and i never knew.
all i can say is, if you have a burning desire to try something, then just do it. coz i love my new hobby.
Well done! I can see your paintings are lovely, and normally I wouldn't know art if it slapped me in the face43 and i've only just found out i can paint. how fkd up is that??
Oi I like itOne question though, when are you going to sort your avatar out?
You're practically a child prodigy compared with Anna Mary Robertson Moses, aka Grandma Moses, who didn't take up painting until she was well into her 70s and enjoyed a prominent late life career as a painter that lasted until her death at 101.43 and i've only just found out i can paint. how fkd up is that??
Now you are mixing up different people!Buggi, those paintings are amazing. I really love the second one.
How about painting one of Chuffy in his speedos and legwarmers for his birthday or summat...![]()
