There will be some wear on the chainset and the rear hub but I can't think of anything else.

Very true and it gets its fresh air, but also gets a bit of loving indoors on rainy nights or days ;-)

Indeed.. my Spesh Roubaix is covered in cobwebs.. I feel so sorry for it that it's getting a run out on Sunday.
