Apart from the tyre ,will my obsession with my turbo trainer damage my bike in anyway ???
There will be some wear on the chainset and the rear hub but I can't think of anything else.

Indeed.. my Spesh Roubaix is covered in cobwebs.. I feel so sorry for it that it's getting a run out on Sunday.

Aha yes... 100 hundreds... I remember talking to you about the Eddington number on the Southend ride.
