Turbo trainer

One of the few days i wish i had an indoor trainer, the wifes exercise bike doesnt count as it cack.
Went out and cut it short as its cold , windy and raining so not a fun day .Managed 13 miles and it was enough .Got hip and earache now

Now I ride a 'bent it will build up the correct muscles and it saves burning out rear tyres on the bike itself.
