Don' be shy JtB......it's not like Jens Voight is standing over you telling your legs to shut up for you. I find entering into the final sprint against Mario Cippolini or churnig out a big gear against Andy Schleck a bit of a boost. Hey, I can hardly compete at club level.....but for that 1 hour of sufferfest I am a pro rider that can kick butt :becool:

I have just started using Sufferfest and I bloody love them!! I even went for complete realism today and fell off the turbo!!:B)

Big vote for Sufferfest here.

Having said that, I think I'll try some of the short very high intensity interval stuff as well.

I bought one of the sufferfest vids to see what all the hype was about and although I didn't think it would be my thing , it is rather fun . I think its worth buying one just to try it . I will be getting another when I get bored of " the rookie "
