Ok now the nights are dragging in and it is getting more difficult to get out at night, i am thinking of getting myself a turbo trainer.
i dont wanna be spending silly money on one, as want to get outside as much as possible so will only be used a couple of months of the year.
so i am just after a bit of advice as to what is gonna be the best one to get, do i go for single speed or variable. also is it sensible to get a training tyre to use or is it ok just to use the one on my bike already.
i know i sound like a novice, and thats cos i am lol.
