I read about this lot yesterday evening, and indeed, Ward Swingle was a big influence. It is happy. On the youtube 'right hand bar' of other performances, there is one of 'Africa' by Toto - which is also really effective.

(That Swingle Singers clip is a bit posh for me!) André Rieu, well - he's just stirring up a critical mass of folk. All good stuff, and heart warming, happy talent. Aren't people clever!
