An elongated draw-bar, to allow the rack to be fitted, someone's had forward thinking, plus, it'll also make reversing it a bit easier, as it'll react slower to towing vehicle steering inputs

Little update! We're just away now around Galloway in our car camper. Very simply done - we have a folding platform with self inflating mats to sleep on.
It's raised so there's plenty of space underneath for camping stuff.
We bought a hatchback tent to use for cooking under in case of bad weather but haven't used it yet.
We have a cargo net across the ceiling to store a few bits and pieces and I made the blinds as described previously.
It's very cosy and we've stayed in some lovely spots.
