went from 28's specialized stock tyres to Continental 4 season size 25.
Took a tumble last week , my fault going through a mud patch slow , kissed the path and ended up fairly grazed.
Since then I've ridden four times, and feel unstable on my bike.
I went 25's after plenty advice and reading up on tyres.
So why am I feeling like I'm wobbling all over the place ?
It has been fair but windy lately , do my tyres need to bed in a bit ?

Presumably the're appropriately inflated for the conditions / are properly seated in the rims / are fitted the correct direction of travel - ?

I had them fitted at pedalrevolutions , checked them over and over all seated fine in the rims.
Pressures I believe are correct , going off my research and what's comfy for me

I agree too. But look at it positively - you have got back on your bike within a short space of time with a can do attitude. I have known people come off, suffer minor injuries, and its taken months for them to regain the courage to ride on the roads again. Even know one person who has had therapy (they were knocked off by a car). As you have had the confidence to do this then you should regain stability soon, assuming your bottle going is the cause.
