Cleaning the bike today and dug out quite a few tiny flints and pieces of glass from mainly the front tyre. They are Durano DDs so quite tough, however are the cuts worth filling with anything? If so with what?

Even if a cut perforates a tire it isn't insurmountable if it isn't too large. Make a tire liner from a dollar bill or what you have, patch or replace the tire and you can get home. Little nicks and cuts are inevitable, but still it's a good idea to check your tires if you ride through some sketchy patches before sharp things work their way through the tire.
I tried the superglue thing on a bigger slit. It just hardened and became a bigger man-made flint and caused worse issues. Over the last two weeks I have taken out just under a dozen small flints, twice, from my Durano RGs. No problems.
