As others have said it looks quite normal.
Also keep an eye on the pressure MIN=87psi MAX=110 (I'd be running them at 100psi).
The lower the pressure the more it deflects/squashes under load and that could lead to snake bite/pinch flats!

At 3:25 it shows how a fabric strip is wrapped around the bead. This is the contentious strip the OP asked about and which so often lifts at the edges with no harmful effect other than (when it happens on Continental tyres) to shed strings which get wrapped up in your brakes.

Since the strip is only placed on top of a sticky rubber backing and not saturated before curing, it is not surprising that it sometimes lifts.
