Probably looking at 25mm, £40ish per pair and the "racing" bit made me giggle
You've got a road racing bike and want to go faster, maybe for real racing or pretend sportive racing?Probably looking at 25mm, £40ish per pair and the "racing" bit made me giggle
Koolstop Tyre Bead Jack is about a tenner if you've any budget leftI can get a brief pre-report - there will be lots of sweary words as I try to get any tyre on the rim!
I have Vittoria Rubinos on my Argon 18. The back tyre had a couple of nicks in it in places so I was thinking of upgrading? Any recommendations on what the next "level" up in tyres would be?
I have no idea which type of Rubino I have as all it says is Vittoria Rubino - certainly not Pro or anything else!
All help well appreciated but lets stick to under £40 or is that being too cheap lol
based on actual data.
I've just fitted a pair in 28 width to my hybrid. Easy to put on for a member of the weaker sex so I'm sure you will manage. LolHave decided to go with these - http://www.wiggle.co.uk/vittoria-rubino-pro-g-folding-graphene-tyre/ - expect a picture of my skinned knuckles and a broken tyre rim in the tree!
I run 25's on Velocity rims and they're no problem putting on or taking off.Have decided to go with these - http://www.wiggle.co.uk/vittoria-rubino-pro-g-folding-graphene-tyre/ - expect a picture of my skinned knuckles and a broken tyre rim in the tree!
You're a glass half full guy then!I'll probably put them back on for the summer in a few weeks.
