Recently purchased a Carrera Crossfire 2 fitted with 700 x 45c tyres, can I get self healing tubes or puncture proof tubes/tyres to fitted or an alternative that'll work?
There is no such thing as a puncture proof tyre.
But Marathon Plus' are probably as good as it gets.
I think the widest they go is 38's, which should fit your wheels.
