As above male sure you remove what debris caused thr puncture, line the logo on the tyre with the valve hole so its easy to track down

I thought 25s could be run at lower pressures than 23s, (more comfort without increasing rolling resistance being the main reason for moving towards 25s), looking at the sidewalls in the above link they both have the same range, 100-145psi.

For some reason I thought 25s would be OK at around 80psi, am I wrong?

I'm currently loved up on vittoria, riding 23mms ruling pro folding on the steel bike, sweet riding, v supple for a 23. Zaffiro pros on the Defy. Not put anywhere near a 1000 on either. Yet.

Usually sub 10 stone running Gators at 100/115psi to avoid flats. Typically 9000+ miles per tyre, so don't change often.

A little more comfort on a harsh aluminium frame would be appreciated though, but I'm not swapping to 25s to run them at 100psi.

got me rubinos too like a month ago daily communing and ride outs (up to 20 miles) no punctures at all and i already had to rode thru shattered glass and tarmac full of shoot and they are perfectly fine, couldnt ask for more for that price, also i got them for 15 for a pair at halfords  when you bend your bike hard (in a turn) you can actually feel the increase in grip or at least i do when hard bending.

Was that during the 20% off sale? They had some cracking deals then on web prices compared to store ones.

think so, btw there are two types of rubinos normal and clincher, clincher has twice as much tpi but other than that there are no differences, ive got the "normal" version tough.

double luck for me ive just checked them @ halfords again and the black-yellow colour ive ordered is out of stock

just to clarify, both types are clincher tyres, defined by the type of wheel rim they serve - the two models are called "Rubino" and "Rubino Pro", it's the Pros that have the higher tpi.
