I've actually cycled past her more than once. She lives in Hackney and seen her a few times (though not for a while so she may have moved). She's not the best driver in the world.

What @Dogtrousers said...don't really mind anywhere for cycling,built up or countryside but there's nothing worse than being out on a quiet lane and seeing fly tipping and discarded take away food bags...yea you McDonalds !

I try to remember to take a phot of any flytipping I find on a ride

Then try to report it

Halton seem to be pretty good at clearing it up - it has normally gone within a week or two

the other neighbouring councils vary somewhat
