Aged about 16, i cycled past two sisters i vaguely knew from school. It means they were about 14 and 15, but since they were walking past a pub, i shouted something to the effect they were alcoholics. Which was unfortunate because it was only one of the sisters - the other was their mother, who was absolutely furious with my declaration.
I still feel really uncomfortable about it now!

I pick and choose what i post, regarding pictures of my rides.......of course ! We all like to portray the area's we ride in their best light i'm guessing ?
But.....[Parts of] Lowestoft are officially Deprived Area's:
"Yes, Lowestoft contains some of the most deprived areas in England, particularly around the London Road South/Marine Parade area and other neighbourhoods, consistently ranking high in the government's English Indices of Deprivation (IMD) for factors like income, unemployment, health, and education, though regeneration projects aim to improve this. Specific areas within Lowestoft, like London Road South, have been ranked in the most deprived 10% nationally, showing significant challenges compared to the Suffolk average".
So expect to see me joining in this thread soon. I'm sure i can manage to make a rank area look arty somehow

I once found myself cycling past Trump’s motorcade during his previous term. It numbered over 30 vehicles and was overseen by some sort of attack helicopter flying low over it. Very ugly indeed.
