Habit, nobody up here knows of Hanworth so we just say Twickenham, you are correct there is a huge difference.

1 here in Leicester for me but given I live on top of a hill/ridge I'm not surprised. I am however a bit disbelieving of the city being generally low, I've sat up at 'Old John' in Bradgate Park and looked towards the city to see a yellow pall hanging over Leicester.
