Definitely no pants under your cycling shorts. And clean and dry for me; a daily shower and good soap and hot water wash of the undercarriage to keep bacteria away and prevent spots and boils.

Just the shorts. Vaseline, Sudocrem or similar in tiny quantities for anything over about forty miles.

No team kit.

Shorts must not match top.

Threadless stems are a crime.

Trees on lawns should not have a bed of turfless earth around the trunk.

Tyres with coloured stripes should clash with the colour of the frame.

Changed hemispheres!
takes a little getting used to, but commando with padded shorts/tights etc.
(what takes more getting used to is one of my winter bib tight sets which also expect commando on the upper as well - I'm female... now leaving my knickers behind is easy to get away with but at 34E, leaving a bra at home is much more erm, interesting )
