The rack does have two fixing points and with the bar bag on fitted it certainly helps with the handling of the bike
The frame is a the correct size for me but i have raised the saddle on advice given and that has really helped too.
I went out for a 25 mile ride today loaded up and with all the tips given implemented and 2hrs to get the feel of handling the bike loaded things feel a lot better.
