How many miles have you done? You may want to factor in a new cassette too

The best of that lot is the Fulcrum 5 IMO, depends if you want to go a bit over budget.

I've recently replaced my MTB wheels with some Mavic CrossOne, and they are great! Made a large difference against the stock wheels, so the Askium One should be solid and a big improvement over stock.

Changing wheels is very easy.

Youll need to remove and fit the cassette which requires special tools, you can pick a full bike toolkit up for 20-30 though and youll be able to strip the bike bare at home

You'll want a new cassette and chain then I expect. Plus tyres and tubes

Yes Probaly, can you help spec me a part on Amazon (As I have a Giftcard), I was looking at continental folding gatorskin for tyres, would that be a good choice for my commute?

You can get the fulcrum 5s for £158.41 if you don't mind buying from overseas. P&P is another five or six pound. I have used the company several times now including buying some fulcrum 7 cx's for my old triban 3. Delivery was very prompt.

This looks like a good shout, how long many days does it take to arrive?

Many Thanks

Have a look at the Campagnolo Scirrocos within that budget. I would budget for new tyres too, mmakes a huge difference.

I price matched with Evans for a ridiculous price for my Zondas, you fill in a form online and then they send you a discount code to apply. I got them shipped to my local store, took the wheel in and they switched the cassette for me in 5 minutes. To be honest, even if I had the tools to do it, I certainly don't have the knowledge or will to do it myself.

Ditto, I got Evans to swap the wheels and cassette on my Genesis to the new Fulcrum 5s I ordered (also on a Price Match if I recall, I don't know if they still offer free wheel fitting). I did have to leave the bike for a few days, but if you book in, perhaps they can do it same day (just depends how busy they are, this was in the summer)

I have the 5s on two bikes, more than happy and they make a nice clicky noise

A cassette change takes all of 5 mins at home all you need it the lockring rool and a chain whip could probably pick those up for under a tenner

If you have any interest in doing such things...I don't even much like removing and refitting rear wheels!
