Upping the Ride

Previously, my journey home has been from work to Derby train station, then taking the train to Nottingham. But after six months it felt like it wasn't enough!

So now it's this:

Did it for the first time last night and it felt goooood! Although I REALLY need to get some mud guards fitted!

By summertime I might just push it up to this:

Although I think I'll stick to the easy 5 mile ride and train in the morning

I have been trying to boost my seven miles each way but have to say the weather is not encouraging me at the moment, did 21 round trip on Thurs and Friday last week, this week, sod it !
