Upright freezers.......do you have a system as to what goes where ?

Pointy bit up, of course, at the right.

Cheese knives are in the very last right slot of my cutlery drawer.

Doesn't a cheese knife often have two pointy bits on the end. Sometimes on the side, at the end?

Indeed, it's to lift pieces of cheese from the cheese board to your plate.
I didn't consider those, and I have one, lol
What other non pointy knives are left?
Palette knives!
They go in the separate baking implements jar, with long spatulas etc.
I use an ornamental antique pottery one, looks nice on the counter

Non pointy knives are something of a fashion item at present anyway.
Not all are cheap either.

I was given a set with a hollow centre, very flimsy as you can imagine.
I promptly gave them away to someone else

I go by type:

A-F goes in top drawer
F goes in middle drawer
F-Z goes in bottom drawer
