USB TV stick problem

I watch TV on my desktop PC through a cheapo Mygica USB TV stick. It was playing up last week and I meant to delete and re-install the driver, but due to a brainfart deleted the application that runs it (Arcsoft Total Media). I've managed to locate the installation disc for Arcsoft Total Media but not the licence key. There is a free version on the interweb but it's an older version and doesn't work.
Does anyone know of any (preferably free) windoze 10 apps that will run a DVB-T2 TV stick?

I just use iplayer, itv hub etc and stream it.
