Hey all, I have an odd question. I have a TacX Vortex smart trainer which I love and use on Bkool, although not much lately as I've been working overtime and the holidays, bla bla, excuses.
Anyway, my wife wants to ride the bike on the trainer but doesn't want to mess with getting on bkool or any other program for that matter. She just wants to hop on and pedal and listen to music like it was a regular "dumb" trainer. Is this ok? I don't see why it would hurt the trainer but being new to smart trainers I wasn't sure. If she does that, should it be plugged in or unplugged completely. I would assume the resistance would probably be set at 0% incline which is fine.
Thoughts on this? Don't ask me why she doesn't want to use Bkool or Zwift, she's complicated...haha
