I am wondering if anybody has any experience of using lens filters with the Contour HD?

I have my eye on purchasing one of these cameras or two as I have seen other users have good results with them. One of the issues I am having with the cameras that I am using at the moment is that it is difficult to get a good picture of somebody using a mobile phone whilst driving due to the reflection on the glass. I have noticed that there is an adaptor for the lens of the Contour which allows you to use any 37mm round filters. So using a polarizing filter I can theoretically eliminate the reflection glare.

I use filters, a UV filter which is basically a lens protector and a CPL filter.
The CPL does help with reflected glass light and makes it easier to see inside cars, it does not eliminate reflections in most cases, just reduces them.
Also you can only use the Contour in 1080p mode as the other modes have a wider field of view which results in the corners being cut off, like tunnel vision.

its worth remembering with a cpl that it needs to be tweaked to kill individual reflections, which soulds like a pita for doing while riding (from a photographic background, not used a helmet cam before)
