On December 2nd I did a 100km ride on my road bike , the last 20 km or so were in the wet (very at the end).

I forgot about the bike for three weeks then noticed I had a flat rear tyre. Today I looked at it and found that the valve had separated partially from the tube.

How can this happen ? I didn't notice any problem on the ride.

Sounds strange - you could have had a blow-out when you weren't looking! Did you leave it somewhere very hot or cold? Or, you might have put a lot of pressure on it such as leaning it against something or if falling over and hitting something right on the valve - unlikely but possible!

if the inner tube is pumped up, then the air pressure is acting on the tube trying to push it apart.

just count yourself lukcy it happened when not on the bike.
